After years of planning and 14 months of construction, the United in Ministry Safety and Accessibility renovation is finally complete!

A nearly 70 year old section of the Parish House was demolished and in its place arose a multi-story addition that includes four new accessible bathrooms, a new bathroom for the children of Century Nursery School, new hallways and staircases, two new entrances and sidewalks, and an elevator that connects six different levels of the Parish House and Sanctuary.

This historic renovation truly makes the facilities of our “Open and Affirming” church live up to that name by making our Sanctuary and Parish House classroom building accessible to all.

On Sunday, September 10th, come celebrate with an intergenerational communion worship service at 10am, followed by a ribbon cutting and open house from 11am-2pm.
