The United in Ministry Capital Campaign Co-chairs are Katherine Ill and Art Shahverdian.

We are delighted to report that as of Wednesday, April 15, more than 30 volunteer positions are filled in the campaign. We are grateful to the following, Chris Amorosino, Donna Banatoski, Terry Engel, Pat Pirotta, Lisa Rohner, Rob Sanderford, Sharon Shahverdian, Kim Villanti, and the Rev. Kristen Kleiman, who serve as the campaign Steering Committee, led by Katherine Ill and Art Shahverdian. Our consultant Maryann Doyle will be with us for the next six weeks and can be reached in the church campaign office, at 860-589-4700, ext. 306 (Sunday – Thursday).

Beginning today our five Team Captains are recruiting 20 Visitors to complete our General Gift Committee. The Team Captains, recruited by Rob Sanderford, are: Bob Alderman, Allen Marko, Donna Katsaounis, Steve Villanti, and Doug Wennberg.

Please say “Yes!” when they ask for your help.

Save this date: On Sunday, May 17^th at 11:00 am we will officially launch our capital campaign with a festive brunch. Members and friends of First Church are invited and children are welcome. Our Telephone Committee led by Donna Banatoski will be calling for reservations between Sunday, April 26 and Sunday, May 3.
